SHIPPING POLICY

New Edge Co., Ltd. (“New Edge”, “we”, “our”) is committed to providing stable, transparent, and efficient delivery services for products manufactured and supplied to domestic and international customers.

This Shipping Policy outlines the general principles relating to order processing, transportation, delivery, and responsibilities associated with the shipment of goods..


1. Scope of Application

This Policy applies to:

  • Orders confirmed through the website, email, contracts, quotations, or other official sales channels of New Edge;

  • Standard products, OEM/ODM products, and custom-made products manufactured according to customer requirements.


2. Order Confirmation and Production Schedule

An order shall be considered valid when:

  • Both parties have confirmed product specifications, quantity, pricing, and delivery terms;

  • Technical requirements or approvals (if any) have been completed;

  • And/or the customer has fulfilled payment obligations in accordance with the agreed terms.

For custom-made or made-to-order products, delivery schedules may depend on:

  • Production planning;

  • Raw material availability;

  • Sample or technical drawing approval;

  • Order quantity;

And other actual operational factors.


3. Delivery Time

Delivery timelines are confirmed separately for each order and are for reference purposes only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Product type;

  • Order quantity;

  • Delivery destination;

  • Transportation schedules;

  • Import/export conditions;

  • Or other factors beyond the reasonable control of New Edge.

In certain cases, New Edge may arrange partial shipments based on production progress or mutual agreement with the customer.


4. Shipping Methods

New Edge cooperates with appropriate transportation providers, logistics partners, and carriers to fulfill deliveries.

Shipping methods may include:

  • Domestic delivery;

  • International delivery;

  • Road transportation;

  • Sea freight;

  • Air freight;

  • Or other logistics solutions depending on the nature of the order.


5. International Delivery Terms

For export orders, delivery terms shall be applied in accordance with the latest applicable Incoterms® and confirmed in:

  • Quotations;

  • Purchase Orders (PO);

  • Contracts;

  • Or other related commercial documents.


6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs shall be determined separately depending on:

  • Delivery terms;

  • Delivery destination;

  • Shipping method;

  • And order volume.

In certain cases, New Edge may provide:

  • Freight support policies;

  • Free shipping programs;

  • Or other logistics support incentives.


7. Inspection and Acceptance of Goods

Customers are responsible for:

  • Inspecting the condition of goods upon receipt;

  • Verifying the number of packages and delivery information;

  • Cooperating with the carrier in the event of delivery-related issues.

Signing the delivery receipt shall be deemed as confirmation that the external quantity of packages has been received in full unless otherwise noted at the time of delivery.


8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Goods

In the event that goods are:

  • Damaged;

  • Lost;

  • Missing;

  • Or show any abnormalities during transportation,

customers are requested to notify New Edge within 03 working days from the date of receipt and provide:

  • Photos of the goods condition;

  • Shipping or tracking information;

  • Delivery records;

  • And other relevant supporting information for investigation and resolution.

Each case shall be reviewed individually based on:

  • Delivery terms;

  • Carrier responsibilities;

  • And related commercial agreements.


9. Failed Delivery

New Edge shall not be responsible for failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect delivery information;

  • Inability to contact the recipient;

  • Customer unavailability at the delivery time;

  • Or other reasons attributable to the customer.

Any additional costs arising from re-delivery (if applicable) may be charged accordingly.


10. Force Majeure

New Edge shall not be liable for delays or disruptions in delivery arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters;

  • Epidemics or pandemics;

  • War;

  • Supply chain disruptions;

  • Raw material shortages;

  • Logistics failures;

  • Government regulations;

  • Or other force majeure events.


11. Policy Amendments

New Edge reserves the right to update or amend this Shipping Policy at any time to align with:

  • Business operations;

  • Operational capabilities;

  • Or applicable legal regulations.

The updated version shall become effective from the date it is officially published on New Edge’s website.
