Training on Fire Prevention, Fighting, and Rescue at New Edge Co., Ltd. in 2025

In September 2025, New Edge in coordination with Firefighting and Rescue Team Area 2, organized professional training on Fire Prevention, Fighting, and Rescue and a practical drill for a localized firefighting and rescue plan for all employees and members of the Company's FPFR Team.

The training session aimed to disseminate the Law on FPFR; enhance the fire fighting and rescue capabilities of the local FPFR force; raise awareness among the local FPFR force, all employees, as well as the head of the establishment at New Edge Co., Ltd. regarding FPFR work, thereby allowing for better direction and coordination of FPFR efforts among different forces.

During the training, participants were introduced to basic knowledge about the Law on FPFR; legal regulations on FPFR safety; updated information on the fire and explosion situation in Ho Chi Minh City recently; understood the role of fire prevention and fighting in socio-economic development; the characteristics of fire and explosion hazards at establishments, and FPFR measures at the enterprise; guidance on periodic inspection, preservation, and maintenance of firefighting equipment such as nozzles, hoses, fire extinguishers, …

In the practical section, all employees were introduced to and guided on how to use fire extinguishers, deploy fire hoses, and the proper posture for holding the nozzle; practiced scenarios of fire and explosion risks that could occur at the establishment, as well as prevention measures and response/handling skills; and were instructed on how to escape and rescue victims during a fire or explosion incident...

At the end of the training session, the Board of Directors and all employees of New Edge Co., Ltd. grasped the basic content of the laws and regulations in FPFR work; understood the practical steps for firefighting and the stages of response and handling during a fire; understood and deeply recognized the importance of FPFR work at the enterprise, contributing to the creation of a safe, professional, and reliable working environment.
